This is a one of a kind. starting with a Heritage Limited (1 of 1966 to be made) and then modified with parts deliberately selected to work together for slow trail running in the Rocky mountains.
Most Important upgrade:
Portals and suspension
- Core 4x4 track bar with rock jock track bar relocation bracket.
Sliders and skids
- Full factory steel skid coverage
- Rock Slid Engineering slider steps with additional skid wrap protection.
- DV8 axle skid
- DV8 shock and lower trailing arm skids
Trail lighting
- KC Gravity Pro 6 light bar - 19000 lumen mix of spot and flood
- Black Oak Spreader lights for ditch lights - 3200 lumen each super wide (120 degree) throw.
- 8 Super Bright LED 4 color hideaway strobe lights for chase
- 12 Super bright LED Rock lights
- 3 ea Black Oak Spreader lights - 3200 lumen each super wide (120 degree) throw, for the rear.
Motor/Drive line
- Procal Ford Performance tune While adjusting shift points slightly It really flattens out top end of the HP and Torque curves. Stock the 2.7 TT is very peaky and pull was very "jerky" Now acceleration pull is very even and consistent.
- IAG Oil-Air separator - Heated so it does not collect condensate. My opinion this is a very important system to help eliminate the carbon build up on valves and is especially important for Ford's 2.7 Liter Twin Turbo.
- Ford performance Rear differential cover has drain plug with magnet
- High mount Mishimoto Intercooler - Main purpose was to allow room for a hidden winch placed between the frame rails but the side benefit is that it has twice the volume and almost three times the cooling surface of the stock intercooler and as well all know, cooler charge air means more power....(or longer lasting power because of less heat soak)
Audio
- M0bridge-Morel plug and play kit. includes 5 Morel integra hybred point source 4.2 midrange / tweeters, 2 Morel hybred 6.5 woofers and the Morel ultimo 10 inch sub in a tail gate mounted cabinet all driven by the M0bridge 8.2.1 DSP/ 2300 watt amp.
Winch/recovery
- Hammer built high mount hidden Winch. This mount inverts the winch (upside down) and places it directly between the frame rails behind the government mandated crush zone. Exactly the place you would want to put any pulling forces.
- Mile Marker Competition series short drum winch. A 10K winch with 1st and 4th layer pull.... Not wireless but has both wired remote with the wired plug up front (easy access) next to the fairlead but it also has in cabin operating switch.
- Changed front stock "D" rings in front for raptor style recovery points. Changed rear Loop recovery points to Monster hooks soft shackle/slider points.
